During this session, we will present Revenue360, a solution that helps your staff to better ?Know Your Patient? as they navigate through the MEDITECH registration screens. Revenue360 augments what was learned in training with real-time Automated Intelligent Guidance to assist staff in properly following your pre-determined process and avoid common errors while registering patients. Revenue360 watches your patient access staff as they navigate through the registration flow and provides virtual guidance at key points in the process where you dictate. By avoiding common registration errors this eliminates much of the rework that would have been required in the business office. The result ? higher pre-service collections and lower AR Days. Revenue360 will also launch processes to confirm patient ID, verify their insurance benefit coverage and calculate their total out-of-pocket estimated costs for the procedure(s) for which they are presenting.
